Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 mashed banana
- 30 g Rawnice Chai Protein Powder
- Optional, 2 tablespoons maple syrup or sweetener of your choice
- 1 teaspoons bakingΒ soda
- 1 cup non-dairy milk (such as almond milk or soy milk)
- 1 tablespoon coconutΒ oil
For Toppings:
- Coconut cream
- Banana slices
- Homemade chocolate sauce:
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1-2 tablespoon cocoa powder
Directions:

In a mixing bowl,Β combine mashed banana, milk, coconut oil, and maple syrup. whisk together.

Add flour, baking soda and protein powder. Mix well until combined.

Heat a non-stick frying pan Β over medium heat. Lightly grease the pan with Β a small amount of coconut oil.

Once the pan is hot, pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake. You can make them smaller or larger depending on your preference. Cook until bubbles form on the surface of the pancake and the edges start to look set.

Flip the pancakes gently using a spatula and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes on the other side until golden brown and cooked through.

Transfer the cooked pancakes to a plate.
